Ingredients
- 9x13 pan 
 Egg bake
- 8-10 eggs 
- Tomatoes 
- 1 bag of fresh spinach 
- 1 package of ground pork 
- 1/2 onion 
- 1 cup shredded cheese 
Chop veggies add to bowl (option add 1 cup of shredded cheese). Brown the pork and onions add to bowl. Mix in eggs to the bowl and season well. Bake 350 x30-40min. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Top with avocado, pickled onion/jalapeno
