MK Fitness has established himself in Nashville as an elite strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer. While Mike is known for raising the bar in professional athletes offseason training regiment, he also dedicates his passion into crafting individualized personal training services for everyday fitness enthusiasts – at all levels and seasons of life. MK Fitness thrives on convenience without compromising the highest standard of personalized training and believe in each client’s ability to succeed through and beyond the workouts. Mike has a deep passion for the field of strength and conditioning and wants to share that with you.

ONLINE //

PERSONALIZED ONLINE TRAINING

MK Fitness has dedicated his time, research and many years of experience into formulating a tried and tested program that has been proven to build strength and burn fat. Following the strength and conditioning guidelines of the MK Fitness Online Training Program the client can expect to begin a fitness journey that is designed to help teach proper exercise technique as well as understand the principles that are necessary to live a fit, strong and healthy lifestyle.

GROUP SESSIONS //

IN PERSON TWO OR MORE

MK Fitness offers group training/bootcamps to those clients who prefer the moral and social support of others during their workouts. The high-energy atmosphere of group training allows the clients to train hard and work together towards their common goal of living a fitness focused and healthier lifestyle.
